Mission Statement

The Pacific Harbors Council, Scouting America, is dedicated to preparing young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.

Serving the communities of South King, Pierce, Lewis, Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor, Cowlitz, and Pacific Counties, the Council provides comprehensive youth development programs that foster leadership, citizenship, and personal growth. Through outdoor education, community service, and character-building experiences, Pacific Harbors Council empowers youth to become responsible, engaged citizens and future leaders within their communities.
