Boy Scouts of America, started in 1910, and made February 8, 2023 the 113th Birthday, which is an amazing milestone for program that has been built on helping youth Scouts make amazing decisions. Pacific Harbors Council currently operates with over 3,000 Scouters and over 300 volunteers that help make the organization continue to grow and thrive every year.
Pacific Harbors Council provides an amazing opportunity where Scouters gain great Character Building, Lifelong Fitness, service to others, career exploring youth grow into future leaders, business owners, and active citizens. The experience Scouters, gain is not only working together as a team, but also building lifelong friendships and helping to give back to the local community. The programs Pacific Harbors Council officers, currently runs $360 per scout, to provide summer camp, and outing experiences. The council fundraising events helps the council continue to grow and thrive but also meet all the needs of the Scouts by meeting operational budgets every year.
